Fat burning pills are extremely popular however they are not necessary if you are following an effective weight loss program.

Fat burning pills typically offer very little benefit, and can never make up for a poor diet or lack of exercise. You can lose weight without taking fat burning pills.  The only scientifically proven way to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit – (eating less calories then you burn).

You do not need any EXTREME fat burning pills or overly hyped supplements to lose weight.   In fact, many so-called "fat burning pills" are actually cleverly disguised caffeine pills.  You don’t need caffeine to burn fat.
